Compliance Audits

Compliance Audits help you identify potential regulatory issues in customer conversations.

Audit reports are generated on demand and are available only on the Scale plan.

How Audits Work

To generate a compliance audit:

• Open the Audits section inside Isara.
• Select a date range.
• Choose a regulation or framework.
• Generate the report.

Isara then analyses all conversations in that range and highlights any content that may violate the selected regulation.

What Audit Reports Include

Each audit report contains:

• Conversation or Ticket ID for every detected potential breach
• A short summary describing what was detected
• The option to download the full report in CSV format
